The AnthroCalc app offers a comprehensive suite of tools for pediatric growth assessment, providing calculations for percentiles and Z-scores across various metrics including length/height, weight, weight-for-length/height, body-mass index, and head circumference. It encompasses guidelines from both WHO and CDC references, which cater to typically developing children as well as those with specific syndromes such as Turner, Down, Prader-Willi, Russell-Silver, and Noonan. Additionally, the app addresses the needs of preterm infants, employing Fenton, INTERGROWTH-21st, or Olsen references for accurate assessments.

Furthermore, the application extends its functionality to specialized calculations of blood pressure by referencing the NIH 2004 and AAP 2017 guidelines. It also includes advanced obesity measures and metrics such as waist circumference, arm circumference, triceps and subscapular skinfolds. The app enables practitioners to assess target (midparental) height, predict adult height, and evaluate height velocity for healthy children.
